  • Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Sic Bo and Pontoon 21 do not qualify toward the wagering requirements of any bonus promotion. If a player should begin playing one of these games and then move on to another qualifying game in order to fulfill a wagering requirement, this will be deemed abuse of the promotion. You are not entitled to play these games at any time after receiving a bonus unless otherwise stated.
  • If you play any non-qualifying games on free chip or bonuses, even after meeting playthrough requirements, all winnings will be void. If there has been a deposit then the deposited amount will be returned.
  • In cases where a promotion or a free bonus is open to be used on different games, the highest wagering requirement (based on the games that were used), will be applied in order to cash out.
  • Bonuses are limited to one per player, per family, per computer, per address and per credit card, unless by prior agreement by the Casino management. Playthrough will be always calculated on the sum of both, the deposited amount and the bonus redeemed, unless otherwise stated.

  • Bonuses must be redeemed before making a deposit or before beginning to play. Bonuses will not be credited after starting to play. Any amount exceeding the maximum cash-out of a promotion will be removed from the account by management.
  • We pay out a maximum of $2,000 per week to regular active customers. This limit can be increased when reaching the different VIP levels or as per approval by management.
  • Bonuses over 30%, no playthrough, free chips & fully cashable bonuses are only for players who have cashed out less than 75% of their total deposits, unless under previous agreement with management. Any special agreement will be confirmed by e-mail.
  • Lifetime Max Cash-out Rule: When a player’s total amount of bonuses received over the lifetime of their account is greater than or equal to the total amount of deposits made, the maximum cash-out will be ten times the deposit from which the player hit their win.
  • Players that have met the playthrough requirements playing only Blackjack or Multi Hand Video Poker and then play other games in order to lower the playthrough, to avoid Blackjack or Multi-Hand Video Poker’s special rules, will be considered as bonus abusers. All winnings will be void and their original deposit will be returned.
