• Free Chips cannot be combined at anytime, unless otherwise stated. Players from Denmark, Australia, Israel, Poland, China and Finland are not entitled to receive free chips.
• Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined. If at anytime this should occur, winnings will be voided. Players cannot redeem additional coupons if you have a balance or pending cash-out, unless approved by management.
• You may cash-out at anytime if you have not used any bonus coupons. Use of multiple account numbers or names is forbidden and may result in the forfeiture of ALL winnings.
• Bonuses must be redeemed before making a deposit or before beginning to play. Bonuses will not be credited after starting to play. Any amount exceeding the maximum cash-out of a promotion will be removed from the account by management.
• We pay out a maximum of $2000 per week to regular active customers. This limit can be increased when reaching the different VIP levels or as per approval by management.

• Lifetime Max Cash-out Rule: When a player’s total amount of bonuses received over the lifetime of their account is greater than or equal to the total amount of deposits made, the maximum cash-out will be ten times the deposit from which the player hit their win. If a player has previously redeemed bonuses and plays with no bonus and wins, then the maximum cash-out will be limited to 20X their last deposited amount.
• Players that have met the play-through requirements playing only Blackjack or Multi Hand Video Poker and then play other games in order to lower the play-through, to avoid Blackjack or MultiHand Video Poker’s special rules, will be considered as bonus abusers. All winnings will be void and their original deposit will be returned.
