Comp points are cashed in increments of 1. You need at least 1 comp point before you can cash them into your casino account. Example: If you request your comps and you have 1.5 then only 1 comp point will be cashed in and you'll have to earn 0.5 more before you can cash the remaining 0.5.

You cannot earn comp points when playing with a free chip, unless you deposited at least $50 before starting to play.
