now what do I do?
- Please locate a file on your desktop entitled
"smartdownload.exe". Simply double-click the
file and follow the installation instructions.

I downloaded. How can I locate it?
-If you are unable to locate the file on your desktop,
you can find it by going to the start button and selecting
"search --> find files or folders". In the
Search field type "smartdownload.exe", make
sure that the "local drives" option is selected
in the "look in" field, and then click "find
now". After the file is found, simply double-click
it and follow the installation instructions.

- Desktop is the term used to describe the background
area on your computer monitor. When all of your programs
are minimized, the monitor background is your Desktop.
You should see icons towards the top left corner for "My
Computer", "Recycle Bin", and any other
programs your system may have pre-installed.

- Creating an account is quick and easy, simply double-click

- Please make sure that you type in your password in the
correct case since the password is case-sensitive. Case
sensitive means that the lowercase and uppercase characters
must match your original password entry exactly.
- Check your caps lock key to make sure it is turned off.
- If you are still having problems logging in after these
