  1. How long does it take to download the games?
    - Since our software is the fastest downloading casino package on the net, your download wait time should be very short no matter what speed your connection is.
    The approximate download time for a DSL/Cable Modem/T1 is less than 30 seconds; a 56k Modem takes about 9 minutes; and a 28.8 Modem shouldn’t take longer than 18 minutes.

  1. I've downloaded the software. What do I do next?
    - Please locate a file on your desktop entitled "smartdownload.exe". Simply double-click the file and follow the installation instructions.

  2. I can't seem to find the file that I downloaded. How can I locate it?
    - If you are unable to locate the download file on your desktop, you can find it by going to the start button and select "Search” and then “Find files or folders".
    Enter "smartdownload.exe" in the search field and make sure that the "local drives" option is selected in the "look in" field, and then click "Find Now". After the file is found, simply double-click it and follow the installation instructions.

  1. What is the "Desktop"?
    - Desktop is the term used to describe the background area on your computer monitor. When all of your programs are minimized, the monitor background is your Desktop. You should see icons towards the top left corner for "My Computer", "Recycle Bin", and any other programs your system may have pre-installed.

    - Creating an account is quick and easy, simply double-click Club Player Casino's icon on your desktop and then click the "New Account" button. After filling out the required information, select "Create", and you will be ready to log in to your new account.

  4. I keep getting a "Required information needed" error when trying to login. What do I do now?
    - If you have not yet created an account, you will need to do so before you can log in and begin playing for real or for fun. If you already have an account and are getting this error, please try the following:
    - Type your username and password carefully making it is error-free.
    - Passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure you are using the correct case. Case-sensitive means that lowercase and uppercase characters must match your password exactly.
    - Check your caps lock key to make sure it is turned off.
    - If you are still having problems logging in after these steps, please contact customer support and we will be happy to assist you.
