Request a Withdrawal
Requesting a withdrawal is fast and simple. Follow these quick steps and get ready to start enjoying your winnings:
- Log into your casino account
- Click on “Cashier”
- Click on “WITHDRAW”.
- Select the method from the left hand side Bank Menu: Neteller, Eco, Click2Pay, Overnight Express (Federal Express Cashier’s Check), UseMyWallet or Wire Transfer.
- Enter the desired withdraw amount
- Enter your account number and email address
- Complete the fields below accordingly
- Click on “WITHDRAW”
All withdrawals that do not meet the associated requirements (playthrough not met, amount requested too low, or any other problem) will be denied within 72 hours of the request.
All withdrawals that meet the cash-out requirements will be approved within 7-10 business days of the date the withdrawal was requested.

You may request a withdrawal of your funds via NETeller. There are no fees associated with a NETeller withdrawal. Please make sure we have your correct Neteller e-mail address or account number. Funds will appear in your NETeller account one to two Business Days after your cash-out is approved.
Click2Pay
You may request a withdrawal of your funds via Click2Pay for previous deposits using this method. There is no fee associated with a Click2Pay withdrawal. Please make sure we have your correct Click2Pay account info. Funds will appear in your Click2Pay Account one to two Business Days after your cash-out is approved.
Bank Checks
Due to the expense of bank processing and overnight fees, the minimum amount is for $100. Overnight Express checks are sent securely via Federal Express or DHL, and please note that Federal Express and DHL will not deliver to PO boxes.
After requesting a withdrawal it will take from four to ten days to receive your check. Checks will only be sent to the address on file. Any fees will be deducted from the withdrawn winnings. These will take from 5 to 7 Business Days to be delivered once your cash-out is approved.
Quicktender
Funds will appear in your Quicktender account one to two Business Days after your cash-out is approved. No fees will be deducted.
